Shipping & Returns

1.We will gladly take back or exchange any merchandise as received with original package within 30 days of purchase(From the date products were received, if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
2.All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a free restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. 

3.We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original date of shipment of the order. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help you . If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
4.You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with a Commercial Invoice and further return instructions. Print out the documentation provided, Commercial Invoice and/or Return Label. Place all items being returned in one parcel. Attach the commercial invoice in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary in order for your return to clear customs.

5.If you wish to cancel the order to refund, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders that haven't been shipped will be refunded with a deduction of a 10% of the order(s) total price as cancellation fee, which is charged to cover administrative costs and transaction fees involved in the cancellation of order(s).
